Museum of War Remnants

This is the private collection 'Deposito di Guerra - Ioannis Paraponiaris', in the area of Agia Irini in Leros. The museum contains approximately 3000 objects. Among them are black and white photographs of the period, weapons, shells, decorations, mines, period newspapers, parachutes, parts of fighter planes and personal belongings of soldiers (mainly from the history of Leros during World War II and the Battle of Leros).
