Archaeological Museum of Agia Marina

Going up from the center of Agia Marina towards Platanos, we will encounter a multitude of neo-classical buildings, schools and museums. All of this concentrated in a very small area of the settlement. Here is the Archaeological Museum of Leros, housed in a neoclassical building from 1882. It houses archaeological findings from excavations and collections which depict the history of the island from prehistoric to Byzantine times.
