Three towering telecommunications towers (reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower), in the Agios Nikolaos Radio area, in Leros. Through them, the Italian administration of the island, from 1912 to 1943, communicated directly with Rome. Let's not forget that the inventor of the telegraph was the Italian engineer Guglielmo Marconi in 1901! Very interesting structures, accompanied by supporting buildings that had been built next to the towers. The old armored soundproof doors that still stand in their places stand out!
