From Agios Georgios to the Flampos area, we follow the dirt road that runs SE for about 1700 meters. The road narrows at a point where it is barely wide enough for a car to pass, but it continues and meets a ravine. Behind us and to the south is Tsigouna hill with the island's landfill. Towards the sea, the ravine ends at a very beautiful but inaccessible sandy beach, Damari. Access to the beach by crossing the ravine from this point is not possible because the stream has been closed in various places. Perhaps the access from the slope is smoother, but we did not attempt it.
