Cave suites carved into the volcanic rock of Santorini in the island's architectural style, after the restoration of an old winery dating back to 1836. All the suites harmoniously combine tradition with modern facilities. There is also a Galaxy Restaurant with an extensive menu, including dishes for vegetarians.
