The Hatzidakis Winery was founded in 1997 by Haridimos and Konstantina Hatzidakis. Haridimos Hatzidakis studied at the Technical School of Wine and Beverages in Athens. The small cave (kanavaki) winery was created with patience, perseverance, enthusiasm, and a lot of work, for a dream come true! The goal of Haridimos Hatzidakis is to explore the native grape varieties of the island, and to highlight the richness of the Santorini vineyard, which still has many hidden secrets. Today, the Hadzidakis team cultivates 15 acres using organic farming methods.
