Just outside the village of Agistro, in an idyllic landscape among ancient plane trees, we find the trout hatcheries of Agistro. The facilities for trout farming are accompanied by a small plant for processing and packaging smoked trout as well as a large restaurant where visitors can enjoy fresh fish.
