Heading south on the road from Kastanitsa to Vamvakou, after 4 kilometers we turn onto a farm track. A lovely 7 kilometer drive takes us to the 17th century monastery of Saint Nicholas Kontolina (Agiou Nikolaou Kontolinas) and Saint Panteleimon (Agiou Panteleimona).
