The school facilities of Agathonisi in the outskirts of Megalo Chorio. The high school section opened in 2006, with a library, theater, computer room, basketball court, and gym equipment. In 2019, eight students attended the school: one in preschool, four in elementary school, one in junior high school, and two in senior high school.
