At the edge of Votsi's harbor there is a small, quiet beach with white pebbles. If you do not mind walking a bit, the best nearby beach for swimming is Spartines, which you can reach by walking through the settlement for 10-15 minutes (following the signs), before you begin to descend toward the harbor.
