Between Armenistis and Sarti, Platanitsi Beach is a verdant space by the sea. The beach has unique colors and coarse sand that does not stick, making bathing and diving very enjoyable. A stream flows through the middle of the beach, to the sea. A beach bar on the right occupies a small area. The municipal campground is right behind the beach, and the only entrance to the beach is through that campground.
