Church of the Prophet Elias atop Parnonas

On the way up to the mountain refuge, after about 4 kilometers a dirt road heads left toward the church of the Prophet Elias (Profitis Ilias). After an arduous trip of 8 kilometers, we go up 500 meters and arrive at the enchanting plateau of Profitis Ilias at the top of Mount Parnonas.
