Assumption

The Chapel of the Assumption is six kilometres north of Vilivina, on a small plateau. We arrive there along a dirt road that starts behind the Church of the Dormition. In past times, the celebratory day of the church was a holiday for the village and it was celebrated with a fair. This fair was special for its horse races that started at the Church of the Assumption and ended at the Alonia of the village.
