A Maniot Bardounochori--that is, one of a group of villages in northern Mani, in the region of the castle of Bardounia in Agios Nikolaos. The deserted settlement of Desfina is located 3 or 4 kilometers west of it. The church of Saint (Agios) Dimitrios and its icons are noteworthy.
