In the same area as a medieval tower, on the site of Ancient Glyppia, we can see the small church of Paliopanagia (Zoodochos Pigi, the Life-Giving Spring), the main church for an old monastery, which was built in 1456 and decorated with religious paintings for a second time in 1760.
