In the pine forest a short distance from the mansion of G. Kountouriotis is the unadorned tomb of his grandson P. Kountouriotis (1855 - 1935), leader of the Greek Fleet in the Balkan wars & later President of the Republic of Greece (1924-1926, 1926-1929).
