The Former Girls' Academy of Gythio, a well preserved neoclassical building, the design of which has been attributed to architect Ernst Ziller. It was erected in 1896. Unused for many years, it was transformed into a modern museum, and since May 2016 it has housed the Cultural Center of East Mani.
