Niovi's Studios

The coastal road from the harbor takes you to its end, straight to Niovi's complex. Its wonderful amphitheatrical position makes it stand out, and every room is decorated with its own special theme to surprise the visitor!

Arriving at the port, we take the coastal road straight ahead; at the end, we turn right and go up to Niovi’s Studios. The first thing that will impress you is the spectacular view of the port, the village of Livadi, and the enchanting Chora.

All the rooms are spacious, each with its own private balcony, but what really makes them special is the unique furnishings in each of them, with a variety of colors and decor.

The rooms have air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, wireless wi-fi, a fridge, and a stove with two burners to prepare something quick for a snack. There is also daily service for whatever the customer requires.

For those who own their own vehicle, there is ample private parking. Otherwise, transport to and from the port is provided by the people at the complex when necessary.

Flawless in all respects, the excellent accommodation is complemented by an elaborate home-made breakfast with a variety of coffees, drinks, and all kinds of tasty dishes that alternate daily. There is a separate, very elegant breakfast room, but you can also enjoy your coffee and juice on the special sunbeds outside the room, with the Aegean in front of you....

Do not forget to take a small stroll in the paved courtyard among the flowers, which are beautifully tended.
