Location

A very beautiful off-road 4x4 trail runs from the village of Chouni to Vlisidia, and then to Kosmas. 16 km long, the road is not as bad as they say!

The best part of the trip starts as we approach Kosmas, when we see the village houses up at the top of the mountain (1,150 meters altitude) to the west. From this point on, you will want the trip to last forever!

We can reach Chouni on a good 7 kilometer road from distinguished Peleta. From Chouni we head toward Vlisidia. (Note that we do not enter Chouni, but turn left as soon as we see the sign for Vlisidia.) We will not go as far as Vlisidia (which is 8 kilometers down the road), but we will turn right on the road to Kosmas as soon as we see the appropriate little sign (for which we must watch carefully). Total distance from Chouni: 16 kilometers.
