Canoe and Scuba jets in Agios Georgios

Agios Georgios is an islet east of the port of Megisti, at a very close distance, 5 minutes, by water taxi. It is a main destination for excursion boats or taxis that start from the port to go initially to the blue cave and end up on the islet of Agios Georgios for swimming and food or drinks. The beach looks idyllic with its turquoise waters although it is very shallow with a rocky bottom and sand outside. The section towards the tavern and the chapel is organized with umbrellas, sun loungers and the possibility of snacks and drinks. You can also rent canoes and scuba jets. There is also a tavern on the islet for food.
