The recently (2023) renovated impressive church of Agios Georgios Santrapes in Chorafia. The church was built in 1902 with a donation from the Egyptian Kastellorizo Loukas Santrapes and his wife Anastasia. It was built on the model of the church of Agia Irini in Aiolou (Athens). The pulpit combined with the 'horn of Amalthea' as well as the Despotic throne are of particular art. The church has been classified as a monument by the Ministry of Culture.
