Steps from Oia to Ammoudi

Two hundred cobbled stairs unite Oia with its port, Ammoudi. The stairs start at the western edge of the settlement, just below the castle of Oia (at an altitude of 120 meters above sea level). For the ascent, you can try (as an experience) the traditional mules that go up and down the 200 stairs morning, noon, and night, panting under the burning sun in the summer.
