Leaving the island of Thirasia on a tour boat, we see Ammoudi Bay in front of us. It is the port of Oia, where merchant marines used to load their sailboats with products of the island. Today it is a very busy tourist resort, with most of its buildings restored. A number of boats connect it with Thirasia and the Old Port of Fira.
