In the fields below the church of the Virgin Mary (Panagia) in Liomantra, a few remains of an ancient Mycenaean wall have been preserved (which today form part of a shepherd's walls). We can see them if we take a path that begins in Liomantra (Path 7) and turn left into the fields below the church.
