If we approach the Kalo Abeli area turning left at Alonaki, the dirt road stops here. The footpath starts at this point and slopes steeply down southwards. It passes through a fertile ravine, going towards the little Church of Sotiras (after 200 metres) and it continues from there towards the very lovely and quiet Kalo Abeli sandy beach (after a further 250 metres).
