Mersini

A small village in the southeastern part of the island, about 5,800 meters from Stavros. Although small, the settlement features two very good traditional tavernas that also serve vacationers staying at the campground in Livadi. A 1-kilometer trail starts in Mersini that descends to the beautiful beach of Livadi (and also to Fykio Beach). You'll pass the cool spring of Mersini near the beginning of the path.
