The small village of Livadi is located 1.5km south of the harbour and village of Agios Georgios. A few houses and two tavernas - cafes around the largest sandy beach on the island at the end of Mourtos cove. Above Livadi, the ruins of the Hellenistic castle stand guard over the area.
