Half-finished Bompolas-Geroulanos Sanatorium

Just outside Alonistaina, before we turn toward Kokkinovrysi, we can see in the fir trees the half-finished sanatorium of the lung specialist Bompolas-Geroulanos. Above it is the Diporti Spilia (Cave), a refuge for Greeks pursued by the Turks.
